25/10/2007 - Enterprising Women - Women into Business Programme

Would you like to:

start your own business

gain skills in business planning, marketing and finance

be provided with an experienced business mentor

increase your confidence

access enterprise funding, advice and support

meet established female entrepreneurs?

if you answered yes to any of the above then the Women into Business programme could be for you.

You will have the opportunity to mix with other new starts and women who have already established their own business. It is run in the community and is delivered by women for women.

The programme is open to women living in the Tees Valley; no formal qualifications are required

Participants will study two areas:

Business Feasibility Study
This programme will cover the key aspects, which will provide a sound foundation for you to launch your business

Personal Skills for the Small Business Owner

How much does it cost?

Women into Business is a FREE course, supported by the Learning and Skills Council and the European Social Fund.

When does it start?

The next programme starts on 31 October 2007 at "The Youthy", Thornaby Road, Thornaby. It will run each Wednesday for six weeks.
