A4e is a private sector organisation that designs, develops and delivers front-line public services that benefit individuals, organisations and communities and have provided more than one million people with advice and guidance.

A4e have developed a number of programmes for the project and are delivering services which will have a positive impact on the disadvantaged and marginalised young people.

The post 16 provision will be offered to young people who are NEET or at risk of becoming NEET. A variety of methods will be used to engage young people onto the Going Forward project which could include the following activities:
• Laser Tag
• Quad Biking
• Bowling

We also provide:
• Accredited work related qualification
• One to one support
• IAG mentoring
• Individual tailored packages to ensure progression to positive destinations
