Hartlepool College of Further Education (HCFE) provides post 16 education for Hartlepool and the community. Working in conjunction with a range of partners, the College aims to achieve this ambition with the intention of helping to support and enhance the economic and social development of the community as a whole. In doing so the College aims to help each individual to achieve their personal ambition.

HCFE will deliver a wide range of education and training including Basic Skills, Alternative Curriculum and bespoke courses tailored to suit the individual’s need. The delivery will provide a comprehensive package of skills and support to meet the needs of the young person. HCFE will develop a comprehensive programme of support for the project which will include advice and guidance, confidence building, social activities and vocational training.
